New Federal Theatre’s educational programs includes Wonderment and Wisdom, which bridges generations through dialogue, mentorship, and cultural exchange. The Solo Performance Collective nurtures artists ready to tell their own stories through the development of one-person shows, while the Black Creation Playwrights’ Residency provides an intensive incubator for emerging BIPOC playwrights to workshop, revise, and present their work.

 

These programs don’t just teach craft—they build careers, amplify underrepresented voices, and shape the future of theatre from the ground up.
